Description

2026 GAR Contract Forms review, including the introduction of changes/additions/deletions from the 2025 GAR Forms package; highlights and best practices of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Brokerage Engagements, commonly used Exhibits and Amendments, and Special Stipulations; and a review of the GAR Consumer Protection Brochures. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit, RE Broker CE Credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Light breakfast provided.
