THIS IN-CLASS COURSE (#77886) SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT AND PROVIDES 3 HOURS OF REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT. Learn about the 2026 GAR Form changes from 2025 versions, as well as best practices for use of the key forms including the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Broker Engagements, Exhibits, and Consumer Brochures. Instructor Tina Vilet If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. Students must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.

Time

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Light continental breakfast provided.
