The course reveals the cautions of Georgia Real Estate License Law as applicable to agent relationships. Specifically for licensed brokers and associate brokers, topics include agent relationships with their broker as independent contractors; with other agents and firms; and with the public - specifically when they manage property or operate other businesses related to real estate. GREC-approved for 3 Hours of BROKER CONTINUING EDUCATION for Broker and Associate Broker licenses. Instructor: Tina Vliet
