Description

This course covers Federal and State Fair Housing laws, the similarities and differences they share regarding various types of assistance animals, and how disabled Georgians with service animals can exercise their rights under the law. It also covers advertising law as well as GAR Forms protections and new forms for Reasonable Accommodation in leasing. GREC-approved for 3 Hrs. CE Credit, License Law credit AND satisfies NAR Fair Housing Training!
