In this practical three-hour continuing education course, instructor Nakia Brooks guides brokers through their management responsibilities under Georgia Real Estate Commission rules and explains what investigators examine during a firm audit. Participants will explore best practices for policies and procedures, handling funds, maintaining compliant operations, and responding effectively once an audit begins. Brokers will leave with actionable strategies for keeping their firms audit-ready every day—not simply when an investigator arrives.  (GREC Approved Course 78494)
