SUMMARY:Septic\, Wells\, and Sewer Systems - 3 Hrs. CE Credit - Warner Robins
DESCRIPTION:THIS IN-CLASS COURSE (#80001). PROVIDES 3 HOURS OF REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT. Homes located in remote areas away from city-water supply and sewage systems must supply and treat their own water and sewage respectively. The sewage and supply systems are\, for the most part\, invisible to the homeowner. Realtors in rural areas\, or areas of a city not yet serviced by city water sewage and supply systems\, should have a good understanding of these systems to help homebuyers understand the systems better themselves. This knowledge will allow realtors to educate their clients on issues that would not be addressed in a standard home inspection\, educate their clients on their options with respect to risk mitigation\, give them the opportunity to address sewer drainage problems up front with their clients\, design a fair sales strategy\, and demonstrate to their clients that they are knowledgeable professionals. Instructor: Pillar to Post. If you have taken this course in the last 366 days\, you will not receive CE credit. Students must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.
