Description
This three-hour course is designed to familiarize the attendees with GAR Forms Exhibits, Amendments & Special Stips. This course is tailored to the needs of real estate licensees, providing detailed guidance regarding properly completing and preparing Exhibits, Amendments, and what Special Stipulation are necessary to use while assisting clients and customers.
GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Georgia Association of REALTORS. GREC School Number 271.
School Policy: You must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.
