This course provides a review and practical application of residential sales contracts, specifically for a broker-licensed audience, utilizing the current GAR Forms package. Topics include Buyer and Seller consultations; Broker Engagement agreements; Referral agreements; Buyer and Seller risks and protections in the GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement; proper handling of Earnest Money and tracking of key dates/timelines in the sales contract.
