Description

This course will guide and educate agents on the construction process.  This course will teach how to identify critical repairs, generate comprehensive scopes of work, and manage contractors to get the repairs completed.  This will help agents better guide their clients and help prevent the transaction from terminating due to needed repairs.  3 hrs. CE Credit. Breakfast provided.
