MINIMUM QUALIFYING AMOUNT IS 2 MILLION DOLLARS.  NO CHANGES ON HOW VOLUME IS CALCULATED.  The fee of $125.00 (application fee and membership dues if not already paid) must accompany each application. The check should be made out to the Middle Georgia Association of REALTORS. The DEADLINE for submitting applications is WEDNESDAY, January 28, 2026, 5:00 P.M.!! ABSOLUTELY NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE! THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
