Tracey Turman Housing Outreach Manager with the GA Dept. of Community Affairs will be reviewing the suite of products that Georgia Dream offers.

Reggie Bell, Executive Director will present the value of HomeFirst Housing Resource Services how they assist buyers getting into and staying in homes

Natalie Bouyett, Executive Director of the Macon-Bibb Co. Affordable Housing Fund will present about Macon-Bibb County down payment assistance on the homes they are building. She will also speak in general about additional down payment assistance programs that might be coming to Macon-Bibb County in the future.
