This course is designed to enhance the students' knowledge of the nine required topics of license law under Rule 520-1-.05 (1) (e). This course will help attendees to better understand common violations of the law. Students will be able to leave this course with knowledge that is critical in their real estate practice in protecting consumers and fair dealings with their fellow practitioners.
