She was awarded Coldwell Banker International President's Circle in 2021 and 2022 placing her in the Top 5-7% of agents worldwide and top 3% locally.  A Top Producer since 2020 with $28.5 million in sales volume, 130 homes sold, and 148 families served, Jess was a Best of the Best Real Estate Agent Macon Telegraph nominee five years and counting and was awarded Georgia Business Journal’s Best of the Best Real Estate Agent Honorable Mention in 2023 and 2024. She is an active member of the Middle Georgia and Georgia Multi-List Services, the Georgia Real Estate Education Association (GREEA), and the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors(R) where she was inducted as a new Lifetime Member of the Circle of Excellence in 2023 and appointed the Membership and New Member Committee Chair in 2024 by the board president.  She is Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Global Luxury Marketing (GLM) certified and a licensed real estate instructor for the state.  In her spare time, you may find her supporting various events and organizations around town such as Historic Macon, the Macon Arts Alliance, the Georgia Trust or enjoying time with husband, Keith, daughter, Charlotte, and their nine rescue animals.
