I’m Chris, the Real Estate Problem Solver in Middle Georgia. I’ve been involved in residential real estate since 2002 as an investor and later became a licensed real estate agent to help more people buy, sell, and solve complicated real estate problems.
Before real estate full-time, I spent over 25 years working around Robins Air Force Base in aircraft maintenance and transportation. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think through tough situations, and help people dealing with stressful timelines.
I serve Warner Robins, Bonaire, Kathleen, Perry, Hawkinsville, and the surrounding Middle Georgia area. I work with traditional buyers and sellers, military families relocating to or from Robins AFB, and homeowners dealing with probate, foreclosure, divorce, inherited property, or problem houses.
My goal is to give people honest options — whether that means listing for top dollar, selling as-is, or keeping the house as a rental. I enjoy working with other REALTORS®, investors, lenders, attorneys, and local professionals who believe in serving clients well and doing business the right way.
