Here is an update on the amendments to Standard of Practice 10-5 (“SOP 10-5”) and Professional Standards Policy Statement 29.

The Professional Standards Committee evaluated the amendments at the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, moved the changes for the Executive Committee’s review, and the Board of Directors ratified the changes. You can review the updated language here.
